the tpkrt are having their ubin race today & felt so proud of them, their perseverance and everything.

esp him:) with an old arm & a back injury , he tried his best to row and and complete his race.
I know and I believe he can do even better with what he have if he is 100% okay :)
I was worried that Coach might think he wasnt improving or doing well, but he was very optimistic saying that its okay, whatever happened today is over and its an experience, when he recover, he know he is able to do much better :D

saw him for awhile to have his dinner & walk before heading for dinner over at Merchant Court with the company & the guys from Thai Airways & Bangkok Airways. Dinner was great with DURIAN CHEESECAKE & PUREE & lotslots of crabs + crayfish+ salmon :) I had great company for eating like Nancy, HaiPing and Debbie, funny girls.

his back is freaking painful that he got to go to the sinsehh :( getwellsoon! even though I know you wont be reading. SINCE WHEN U DO anyway. I will see you tml morning, loves.
