although I KEEP COMPLAINING after 3 days of this training plan, but I got to admit, its for my good and Im willing to try my best, okay I was abit still lazy and not taking it seriously because I just started and I have not been exercising that hard for the longest time.

BUT STILL

Im thankful to my loves: esp BF,ARUND and JOSH
motivation and encouragment + advice is very very impt however, the relationship that we have makes me want to work hard more bcos they take their time to accompany esp ARUND DEAR, and JOSH who always been there when I was at SIP now in SCH :) and the BF who I always tot he can never be serious about me doing my training, but Im wrong and his love and care has allow me to find out that he has never gave up on me and :) always there though he is abit impatient LOL .

& phew 1st day of lessons , got my cert for SIP & research paper was approved with compliments :)

alrights, waiting for the bf to end his trng and have to do alot of stuff after that.
