its was a nice nice friday:)
the sun was awesome,
the company (yanling,siewting,junice,lydia,keith,timo & dada) was the nicest company:)
doing freestyle,frog & attempting butterfly was :D nice under the hothotsun.
from 11am to 1230pm:) with a lil tanning sesion which im burnt slightly:)but i like!

after tt was sleeping n studying at the lab:) before heading back to his house
where...ah ma offer me an ku kueh, his sis offers a prawn & his mum offering mcwings:)
super sinful k, but its okay to be DOTED by them with food.
Super!!! when Im supposed to follow my daily meal of veg/fruits/meat/fish.

anyway:) went over to SHIFU's, abit scared ah after he like cut my leg the other time, but this time he massage my whole entire back , cracking all the suan areas, pressing all the right tiring points SUPER SHIOK, wanted to fall asleep. then from the arm to the legs , then the waist. SHIOKSHIOKSHIOK. after me was MUMMY's turn :D
