I got an exam next wednesday, my first UNI EXAM and I have yet to study for it.

anyway this is not the main point,

Yesterday was swimming of 20 laps , and row with the boy.
Its cool, he disturbs me in the water making me laugh non stop when I got no strength to row.
Well, but he got serious when we are trying to let me have the right technique and learning to row.
*punch punch in front of ur face, eye level*
*dont drop ur elbow..cut the water nice and pull*
* look at where u wan to go and u will go towards it*
*twist your waist, dun use arm strength too much*

oh and last night 3D movie of mosters vs aliens is COOL (: will upload photos soon.
Subway tuna Set meal is YUMMY :D love it max max max.
Im so craving for FRIES, ok Josh going to kill me. I NEVER EAT :D

getting emotional at night was #$^@^! thanks people who were there. (i know im so useless.)

Training Schedule (feel free to inform me abt how to improve these) :

Swimming of 20 laps everyday - not about timing but abt completing
Practise freestyle - focus on kicking and breathing.

Run - Sprint : 4X100 m , jog 3 rounds
Run - Long Distance 4.3km

Staircase Exercise & Cruches

Cycling once a week -someone pls volunteer to join me :D
